EMPLOYEES RULES FOR GOLF

–YOU ARE IN CONTROL THE LINES/CUSTOMERS FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING-MAKING SURE THEY ARE FOLLOWING THE RULES
POSTED.
–ADVISE ALL CUSTOMERS TO READ THE POSTED RULES FOR THEIR AND OTHER CUSTOMERS SAFETY
–WEAR YOUR MASK AT ALL TIMES WITH PUBLIC OR OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE PRESENT
–WASH HANDS WITH SOAP (20 SECONDS) FREQUENTLY
–SANITIZE HANDS-EVERY CUSTOMER & AFTER HANDLING CASH OR CREDIT OR ANY CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER
–WEAR PROVIDED GLOVES WHEN TOUCHING/SANITIZING GOLF CLUBS & BALLS
–WIPE WITH SANITIZER ALL SURFACES FREQUENTLY OUTSIDE AND INSIDE GOLF BOOTH (COUNTERS, CASH REGISTERS,
CREDIT CARD MACHINE, PHONE ETC…)
–AFTER OPENING/BLOWING OFF THE COURSES, MAKE SURE THE FOAM FILLER IS SECURELY INSIDE EACH HOLE, SO THE
PUBLIC DOES NOT HAVE TO REACH INTO THE GREEN HOLE TO RETRIEVE THEIR BALL.
–START CUSTOMERS GOLFING ON EVERY OTHER COURSE AND HAVE THEM WAIT AT HOLE #1 UNTIL THE NEXT PARTY
STARTS HOLE #3 LEAVING ONE HOLE BETWEEN GOLF GROUPS.
–IF A CUSTOMER DISOBEYS THE RULES, WARN THEM AND/OR AN ADULT PERSON IN THAT GROUP – IF THEY REFUSE TO
COMPLY, ASK THEM TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY IF NECESSARY, STOP THE LINE AND GET A MANAGER TO ASSIST YOU
–ADVISE CUSTOMER WHERE TO PLACE USED CLUBS (SIGNS POSTED ALSO).
–GIVE A NEW SANITZIED BALL FOR EACH COURSE OF PLAY (THIS MAY CHANGE)
–SIGNS POSTED FOR EXITING THE GOLF COURSE ON BOTH 18 HOLES- THEY MUST ONLY EXIT TO YOUR RIGHT NEXT TO THE
POOL GATE ON BACK COURSE (THIS KEEPS THEM FROM PASSING THE CUSTOMERS WAITING IN LINE TO PLAY)
–KEEP CUSTOMER (AFTER PAYING) AT THE DESIGNATED SPOT A UNTIL YOU ADVISE THEM TO START ON A COURSE – YOU
CONTROL THE DISTANCING TO START THEM OFF/AND MONITOR COURSES FOR SAME DISTANCING.
–NO CLUBS/BALLS ARE TO BE GIVEN OUT BEFORE BEING CLEANED & SANITIZED
–YOU GIVE OUT THE BALLS, SCORECARDS AND SCORE PENCILS—NO CUSTOMER IS ALLOWED TO REACH IN TO GET A BALL,
SCORECARD OR PENCIL FROM THE BIN(WE HAVE MOVED THEM SO THE CUSTOMER CANNOT ACCESS THEM WITHOUT
GOING THROUGH YOU)
BE KIND AND COURTEOUS AT ALL TIMES!! EVEN WHEN YOU MUST ENFORCE THE RULES
CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE READ THE RULES AND YOU SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED THE RULES POSTER TO THEM AT SIGN
IN. 99.9% WILL FOLLOW THE RULES BUT THE OTHER .1% MAY NEED A REMINDER (ESPECIALLY THE YOUNGER PATRONS)
